@Manolo Martínez It's sent from a friend. The short version is a friend has a radar hooked up to his laptop, he has a program that sends the data to me as it is collected. I then store it in a database and display it.
You can retrieve the same data that is being displayed by getting the JSON version (click on the JSON link at the bottom). There's no license (yet) but the goal is not to close anything of course. All the programs used are GPL'd (even the web page, but it hasn't been properly packaged and stuff).
